Urban reconversion in Avram Iancu Square: a new hotel on the place of old deteriorated houses, on the Western front of the square. It was intented to be integrated between a turn-of-the-20th-century palace built in eclectic style and some roofed houses. The wooden elements in the hotel assures continuity with the red and brown of the facades and roofs, while the higher elevation provides a contrasting white rectangular background for the concave-convex shapes of the Baroque-style gables and the winding wrought iron decorations on the left.
